Meet Charlie
I’ve spent 25 years leading in places where decisions came without complete information and the outcomes were mine to own. My first ten years in uniform were enlisted, doing the work. The next ten were as an officer, deciding who would do it. I know what it’s like to receive a hard order and to give one. Industry came after, leading operations and supply chain. I’ve sat on both sides of the table; I know what each side needs from the other.
